Teamwork is basically a process of collaboration of two or more people in a group who are working together to achieve one common goal.

 

In teamwork, objective should be clearly cascaded to the people involved. It is going to be the trophy that a team should aim to achieve and work together on how they should get things done. To ensure that a team is in the right direction in achieving a goal, it should have at least a person who can coordinate and accept responsibility and lead a project.
